Scheduling policy

All services require an initial web meeting to go over additional information for services booked. A web meeting and calendar schedule will be sent immediately following checkout.

 

Confirmation policy 

You will receive a confirmation message within 24 hours of your appointment. All appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours to avoid a canceled appointment.

 

Cancellation policy 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must cancel your appointment 24hrs in advance. After you cancel your appointment email info@predestinedstyles.com to reschedule. If you fail to cancel your appointment you will be charged the full amount for services.

 

Late policy 

Please be on time for all appointments. You will have a 10-minute grace period to make it to your appointment. After 10 mins you will be charged a $65 late fee. After 15 mins your appointment will be canceled.

Acceptable Forms of Payment

Credit/Debit Card are the accepted forms of payment. 

All payments made are none-refundable. We do not issue refunds.

 

Payment Policy 

All services require an initial web meeting to go over additional information such as style, sizing, etc for services booked.

When checking out, you will need to provide your full name, email, and phone number. 

For same-day booking, there is a $75 convenience fee.

Travel policy 

Travel fee starts at $100, to obtain a travel fee before you book please email info@predestinedstyles.com if your service requires traveling. Travel fees and rates vary. 

 

In-home Services

Purchasing in-home services means that you agree to the following rules and regulations:

• Stylists should be able to produce services in your home or specified space.
• The home or desired location must be clean, safe, and presentable for the stylist to perform services without any restrictions. The stylist has the right to determine the state of the home or specified location.
• If the home or specified location is not clean, safe, and presentable stylist has the right to refuse and cancel services.
• An adult other than the stylist or person being styled must be present to tend to anyone in the household under the age of 14.
• Withhold any objectionable language, demoralizing, antagonist, badgering, or offensive events, while our stylists are in attendance.
• If pets are present at the home or specified location you agree to enclose all of your pets in a space where our stylists are not performing services.
• If the in-home policy is not followed the stylist has a right to cancel services if they are uncomfortable, or unsafe for any cause.
